Iggy Pop (and the Stooges) are an Institution, but it wasn’t always like that, there was a time where they were a menace to society and probably one of the hardest working and rocking outifts in the world.

This is Iggy and The Stooges third album although it’s the first to bear the “Iggy and” part after the rocky start for the band and initial break-up, Iggy got a chance to put out another record and basically got the band to fly over to london and record it.

Despite the multiple issues along the way, the record became to be an intrinsic part of the evolution of rock and roll and modern popular music. It’s all there folks, the sound and style and attitude that this release is ability to convey sound, technique and viscerality is almost unparalleled around it’s time of birth, this is one of those records

that sparked that fire in many and pushed them to create more music, it has inspired countless of teenagers must ridiculous acts and used insane amounts of movies
